More than 20 years ago, a decision was made to develop a state-of-the-art pine seedling nursery program. Society's need for tree seedlings had become apparent as needs for quality grown seedlings to produce forest products expanded. SuperTree Nursery #1, now Fred C. Gragg SuperTree Nursery, was completed in the spring of 1980. The Fred C. Gragg SuperTree Nursery is situated about 6 miles south of Bluff City, Arkansas and has grown over 1.2 billion pine and hardwood SuperTree Seedlings. The nursery services the pine and hardwood seedling needs for Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
