Southern Magnolia is a fast growing, medium sized, native evergreen tree that grows 60-90 feet in height.  Grows best on rich, loamy, moist soil.  Has large white, fragrant flowers.  Southern magnolia seeds are eaten by squirrels, quail, and wild turkey.
